Here in the office, we celebrated a busy summer season, welcoming many new residents and policyholders to Lowcountry. Located at the foot of the Shem Creek bridge we bare witness to the success summer brings our neighbors along Coleman Blvd, into the Old Village, and over to Sullivan's Island. It was a fast and furious summer.

As we transition into the fall season, our focus turns to the school routine and preparing for what lies ahead. Personally, I look forward to relief from the summer heat, enjoying quiet days on the water, and spending quality time with my family close to home. However, it's important to acknowledge that these late summer/early fall months also bring the potential threat of Atlantic hurricanes.
